Hot vampire boys...

As much as DL would like me to profess my love for hot vampire boys...(ha!) alas, Vamps aren't my thing. All that blood. Yick. I figured it'd make a good title though, since I am a bit challenged when it comes to titling anything I write.

So it's spring break in my neck of the woods, which translates to lazy mornings (hooray!) and lots of sun. We just returned from a 3-hr excursion to the park. Three hours! Holy playground patrol. Would love a nap, but the "n" word is blasphemous to the Things. Boundless energy, I'm telling you! Still have an hour of 3-year-old soccer practice to look forward to. Shoot me now...

On the writing front, I'm itching for a new idea. I need something to look forward to so I'll crank out what remains of my revisions. But wouldn't you know, the ideas all hide when you're looking for them. We shall see. I did mark up 26 pages of the manuscript yesterday. Almost dried out a green pen even!

Finally, at the request of Mystery Robin...Puppy! AKA The little digger! This was from like a month ago. He's getting big. Must take more pics.

3 Hours at the park = my personal hell. :) Just sayin'.

Yay for new ideas to kick you in the butt to get your revisions finished. I need something major to kick me in the butt.

The sad thing is that I have an idea - and my revisions are drowning me!

Cute puppy...

Have to say, between the title "Hot Vampire Boys" and the adorable picture of your "potted" dog, I'm not sure what this blog is about...but I like it!

Geez, that dog is adorable. Like, so, so adorable. But I'm sure you knew that.

How cute is that puppy? :) Good luck with the revisions.

Oh my word, your little puppy is adorable.

Well done on the edits!!! Love progress.

And yes, beautiful title. Enough to pull me in ;)

26 pages is awesome! I've been stuck on the same 7 for the last three days. At this rate, I'll never make it to the end. You're puppy is cute, but I don't miss the days when my dog was a pup. He was absolutely nuts, chewing on things, eating things he shouldn't, running off, kind of like a hungry, hot vampire boy.

He's adorable!!!! Can I have him? I mean really can I have him?

Looks like he is about due to be re-potted. Very cute!

Woohoo! 26 pages! :) The ideas definitely hide when you're looking for them, and come bounding out when you're up to your neck in other stuff and have no attention to pay them. Irritating little buggers!

It's good to know that I'm influential enough to inspire you to TITLE. LOL :)

Way to go with the revisions! Slow progress is still, Progress.

I have to say, vampire boys aren't my favorite either. Sorta creepy, the whole wanting to suck your blood thing.....lol

You sucked me in with your title. Really--3 hours at the park. You are a saint. Go revisions!

My kids would so rather have you for a mom today! And I LOVE the puppy in a pot! :)

Ha! My puppies do that too, except yours is way cuter!!

Hmm... blogger ate my comment from a couple of days ago, apparently, but it had something to do with how cute the new puppy was and how I have no love for vampire boys either.

Hope you're surviving and that a Shiny New Idea has caught hold now!
