Taxes and yearbooks and edits...

OMG. Back from Spring Break and Easter only to discover I am beyond behind in all the things I have to accomplish over the next week.

Taxes. Ick.

Yearbook pages for Kindergarten classes. Um, OK.

Mass quantities of forms for school registration...gee, thanks.

Which leaves my poor revisions down at the bottom of the list. :( I'm hoping to burn through the yearbook stuff quickly then tackle the taxes. The thought of it makes me want to nap, though it's only 9:52 in the morning.

Make that 9:57. Apparently I just zoned out for 5 minutes. Must. Get. To. Work. Hope life isn't quite so crazy in your world.

I laughed out loud at the zoning out remark. :) Sorry...still chuckling.

I did my taxes early since I was expecting a refund (funny how that works). The one thing I love about my job is that I hardly ever bring it home with me. SO the only excuse I have for not writing...is myself. *Sheepish grin*

Good to see you back (despite your zoning). Get the taxes done (you'll feel a thousand times better), rip through that Kindergarten yearbook (it's only the parents who care anyway), and save the registrations for the weekend. Then lose yourself in some writing...or zoning...whichever feels better.

Life is always crazy around here. Good luck getting all your stuff done so you can get back to your revisions.

Ugh! Taxes! My hubby usually handles them, but this year I had the priviledge of doing them. (insert heavy sarcasm here).

Good luck with your to-do list and hopefully you can get back to revisions soon.

Write a list...rank the items in order of importance...then knock them out...You can do it!

Doing taxes? Hubby's job. Spending refund? Takes weeks of indecisive agonizing.

Nope, "Crazy" describes it pretty well.

I HEAR you on the taxes! I always get them done by the end of March, but I haven't done it yet. It is hanging over my head now and feels enormous. Much more than it really is since we get a refund. Just.hate.doing.it.

Taxes are always crazy for me. =P Good luck with that and I'm sorry about the revisions having to take a back seat. Hopefully they'll be riding shotgun again soon.

I'm so glad my husband does our taxes. I'd better die first, or I'll be in big trouble when he's gone because I don't have a clue how to fill out a tax form. Good luck getting time for your writing - it always makes me cranky when I don't get time to write.

I have been zoning out so I know what you mean. I'm following you on Twitter too. Not stalking, just following.

I HEAR YOU! Why is it that the one thing I really really really want to do is write, and it always seems to get shoved to the bottom of the list, and then, when that golden shining opportunity to write presents itself, I think....doesn't the kitchen need to be cleaned?

Good luck!

It's always something. I fell behind in querying by probably 3 months.

But you better hurry on those taxes, chickie. Clock's ticking. Tick tock tick tock. Just sayin.

Tax day tomorrow, Anissa. That's at least one thing off your list. Good luck on all the others. We miss you around here.
